Baking was one of the most loved passionate ways to heal my tiresome soul after a hectic day's work, yes my hormones would not let me go without a sweet indulgence whenever they needed that extra bit of sugar load... This passion got transfered to me from my mum who was into real time baking and her cakes would make people dance on to her tunes specially the most asked for time would be birthday's.
I started my baking passion about as young as would call into the early teens, and my sweet tooth would never let me take a break away from this delightfull indulgence, what better than having a cake baked at home and grabbing the fresh bite with a got cuppa of tea!! Holla This was my story of how I began to bake cakes, this passion became more of a dream come true during my stay in the UK, where I could avail a varieties of options and recipes to try on... This cake the picture above was the one baked for my friend's hubby's birthday. Yes it was the most challeging one to do for a paerson who wud not eat eggs and is a vegan. This is a clementine choco- fruit cake , ingredients I wud say were simple, out of the ordinary shelf from my friend's kitchen, sugar free , and a very healthy option for weight conscious folks'.
I am not really into posting out the way I baked it, but more to come in my new blogs...
The whole baking passion got renewed after a long while of hibernation and yesterday only baked a big bunch of cocoa brownies' all credit goes to my patient who has put the love of baking back into my soul... love u cakes!!

Ice Ice Baby
I have been engrossed neck deep into my research about the pathology of neck pain which struck almost of dozen of my patient's recently, I met few of the characters from IT world few were dedicated mom's and yes a supermom who would do things within seconds and one of course from the world of rhythum and dance, yes i met nearly a whole lot of them, and one thing was common among all was they all loved to chat, chat and chat, and they all had a fabulous sense of humour which is so vital when u dealing with pain...
What makes me think now is does the state of mind does affect your path to recovery! yes it does I belive so now!! so keep up that spirit of yours which makes your feel u can do it!!! and belive me nothing on earth is really going to stop u frm achieving that feeling....

Break the inactivity & activity cycle!
It goes back to those days when I was juggling between running to the tube station during the early wee hours of a snowy morning, and also scheduling appointments for my patients, when all of a sudden I felt I was right on the ground screaming for help, yes I landed up sliding down on the snow and hurting my back... I could feel my back was just not hurting but was shouting out to me give me a break!! for god sake!
Yes this was it and I just understood the value of time management and at the same time to pace my pace and not running the rat race!! How many of us do we actually believe in multitasking? it's something to be really proud about and at the same time are we doing justice to our health.
Pacing does help us to prioritize the most important task and leave out some of the unimportant and thus help us relax ...................................! TAKE A CHILL PILL that's what is the most important mantra to help one get back to the most normal self where one's heart n soul feel they are not too worked up.
