It goes back to those days when I was juggling between running to the tube station during the early wee hours of a snowy morning, and also scheduling appointments for my patients, when all of a sudden I felt I was right on the ground screaming for help, yes I landed up sliding down on the snow and hurting my back... I could feel my back was just not hurting but was shouting out to me give me a break!! for god sake!
Yes this was it and I just understood the value of time management and at the same time to pace my pace and not running the rat race!! How many of us do we actually believe in multitasking? it's something to be really proud about and at the same time are we doing justice to our health.
Pacing does help us to prioritize the most important task and leave out some of the unimportant and thus help us relax ...................................! TAKE A CHILL PILL that's what is the most important mantra to help one get back to the most normal self where one's heart n soul feel they are not too worked up.

Hello Doctor, welcome to the blogging world :-) Waiting to see the stories about your patients soon.. hopefully you will pace yourself too and maybe once in a while this will be a relaxation at the end of your hectic day.
